Valentine’s Day may be over, but that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy some heart-shaped treats all year round. If you’re looking for a delicious and easy recipe to make for your loved ones (or just for yourself), this is the one! This savory bread is perfect for sharing, and it’s easy to customize with your favourite toppings.
This focaccia recipe is one of the best. I got the recipe from a friend, and after making it for the first time, I was blown away by how delicious it was. I often tweak little things here and there in recipes I stumble across, but for this one, I had no notes. Just perfect!! I’ve made this recipe countless times, and every single time, it turns out just as delicious as the last.
While the original recipe is intended for a 9×13 pan, I decided to switch things up in the name of love by making it heart-shaped instead. Luckily, this is a simple modification that doesn’t require any changes to the recipe itself. After making the dough according to the recipe, I divided it into three equal parts and pressed them into three greased pans (two heart-shaped and one 6″ round). The bake time was the same as the original as well.
